We believe HVAC maintenance should be straightforward and fairly priced. We take care of your system for only $165.
We don’t believe in using maintenance as a way to simply get our foot in the door or pressure homeowners into unnecessary services. Our goal is to provide the maintenance your system needs, explain what we find, and give you honest recommendations.

 Verified We own a condo in NMB and the air conditioner stopped working. Another heat and air company came to see what was wrong and said there is no way that this unit will work and that we needed to buy another brand new air-conditioning system ASAP. After hearing this we search Yelp and found Carolina Cooling and Heating. We contacted Robert through the app and he responded in a couple minutes. He came out the next morning to assess the unit and got it working within an hour time! He realized that it had been hooked up wrong. He charged a very low fee to repair the unit. He is trustworthy.
