 Verified We own a condo in NMB and the air conditioner stopped working. Another heat and air company came to see what was wrong and said there is no way that this unit will work and that we needed to buy another brand new air-conditioning system ASAP. He came out the next morning to assess the unit and got it working within an hour time! He realized that it had been hooked up wrong. He charged a very low fee to repair the unit. He is trustworthy.
