Verified Been using this business for semi annual maintenance. They are always prompt and very responsive and professional and never tried to upsell me at any time. My HVAC system recently quit working and needed to be replaced. Their quote was exceptional and within a few days they returned on a Sunday and after about 5 hours of work the old system was removed and the new was installed. I can easily recommend them for your cooling and heating maintenance and support. Robert the owner is very fair and professional!

Verified We own a condo in NMB and the air conditioner stopped working. Another heat and air company came to see what was wrong and said there is no way that this unit will work and that we needed to buy another brand new air-conditioning system ASAP. After hearing this we search Yelp and found Carolina Cooling and Heating. We contacted Robert through the app and he responded in a couple minutes. He came out the next morning to assess the unit and got it working within an hour time! He realized that it had been hooked up wrong. He charged a very low fee to repair the unit. He is trustworthy. We are so blessed that we picked Robert with Carolina Cooling and Heating and took a chance with him. He did not try to over charge us! We will trust him again without any hesitation. This company Carolina Cooling is a company you can trust! I highly recommend them! Thank you Robert! The Walsh Family

Verified My grandparents were so pleased with their dryer vent cleaning. They have an odd dryer vent that needs a very long snake. They took care of it and had the most reasonable quote.
